ONE HILL, ONE KING

1 October 2023

Mustard Flats paid a visit to the famed hill at Springrange NSW. King of the Hill returning for a second time after COVID, fires and flood halted the race-to-the-top for a few year.

The rules are simple, get to the top fastest. The machines are anything but, they must pass strict scrutineering as well as being pre 1985 American or British bikes. With $1000 on the line nothing is left on the hill.

Mustard Flats can get around any event that gives away a MIG/STICK welder as part of the prize pool. Enjoy some photos from the day by Nick Baxter.

Courtney #46 took out the “Best Get Off” after flying through the hay bails and the tire wall, landing with a broken wrist. Otherwise okay and rumour is she’ll be back next year.

WINNER

Jay on the #5 came through in the last round to win the King of the Hill and $1000

Check out KOTH for next year

Special thanks to the Mustard Flats team on the ground Nick and Soph.
